ANOMXLY – RETURN POLICY

At Anomxly, we aim to provide high-quality products and great customer experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible to return your item under the guidelines below.
✅ 1. UK RETURNS
Under UK consumer law, customers have the right to return most online purchases within 14 days of receiving the item.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return:

The request must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging, with tags still attached.

Items must be in a resellable condition.

The product must not be a final-sale, personalised, or hygiene-sensitive item (e.g., headwear, underwear).
Return Outcome

Anomxly does not issue cash refunds.

All approved returns are processed as store credit, issued as a digital gift card.

Store credit does not expire.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
Faulty-item returns may qualify for replacement or store credit, depending on stock availability.
🌍 2. INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
International customers are also eligible for returns within 14 days of delivery.
Important Notes

Store credit is issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.

International return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable.
📦 3. RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for their own return shipping unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as Anomxly is not responsible for lost or delayed return parcels.

Return instructions will be provided when your return request is approved.
❌ 4. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene, safety, or customisation reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Worn or washed clothing

Items without tags or original packaging

Personalised or custom products

📝 6. STORE CREDIT TERMS

Store credit will be issued as a digital gift card.

It can be used on any item in the Anomxly online store.

Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash.

Store credit does not expire.
✅ 7. Shipping return Via Royal mail
Please note that we do not cover any shipping costs for returns. For exchanges, the replacement item will be shipped out free of charge.
Please note that all UK returns are only to be sent via a ROYAL MAIL tracked service as other couriers will not deliver to our Returns Address.
