ANOMXLY – SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Anomxly. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, dispatch, and deliver orders within the United Kingdom and internationally.


1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).

  • During busy periods, drops, or holidays, processing may take up to 5 business days.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

We do not process orders on weekends or UK public holidays.


🚚 2. UK SHIPPING

We ship across the United Kingdom using reliable courier partners such as:

  • Royal Mail

  • Evri

  • DPD (for select services)

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Weight

  • Destination

  • Chosen delivery method

All costs will be shown before payment.


🌍 3. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer worldwide shipping.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Europe: 5–12 business days

  • USA/Canada: 7–14 business days

  • Rest of World: 10–20 business days

Delivery times vary based on customs, country regulations, and courier handling.

Customs & Import Fees

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

  • These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or international courier issues.


📦 4. ORDER TRACKING

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with:

  • A tracking number

  • The courier service used

  • A link to track your parcel

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear, For any reason otherwise an email will be sent to customer.


⚠️ 5. FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

If a courier cannot deliver your package due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • No one available to receive it

  • Unclaimed parcels

The parcel may be returned to us.
If this happens, the customer is responsible for:

  • Re-shipping costs

  • Any associated charges from the courier


6. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once an order has been dispatched, Anomxly is not liable for:

  • Lost parcels

  • Delays

  • Stolen packages

  • Damage caused by courier mishandling

If your parcel is lost or severely delayed:

  • Contact the courier directly using your tracking number

  • You may also email us and we will assist where possible

We will support claims, but final decisions depend on the courier.


🔁 7. PRE-ORDERS & RELEASE DROPS

For items marked as pre-order:

  • Estimated delivery dates will be shown on the product page

  • Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items may ship together unless stated otherwise

  • Shipping times may vary depending on production schedules


📝 8. ADDRESS CHANGES

If you need to update your shipping address:

  • Contact us immediately at Anomxly.uk@gmail.com

  • Address changes can only be made before the order is dispatched

We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
